Robot Milling
We offer key solutions for different materials milling as foam, wood, composites , stones and marble, light alloys. Our robotic cells are based on affordable used robots or new ones, for any budget. Aside of best robotic european brand Kuka, we add software solution well known for its popularity that has grown in last years , like Sprutcam X Robot. A good milling operation requests reliable spindles. We work with italian Hiteco electromotors recognised for their quality and wide power range.
3d Robot Printing
3d Printing with polymers and not only, represent the future of design and parts manufacturing. We have in our portfolio this application with robots, offering an open gate to large scale printing with flow rates from 7 kg/h up to 20 kg/h using plastic pellets instead of filament. Our key solution includes complete pellets flux starting with dryer, vacuum feeding up to head extruder.
Robot Laser Cutting
3d Laser Cutting offer a solution for those working with steel sheet mainly, but laser can be used also for cutting different suitable materials . Laser 3d head cut in any head orientation not only in vertical position as any regular CNC 3 axis laser cutiing machine.
